They were easy for my little girl to buckle without asking me to help her, so i disagree with the other reviews that say the buckles are messed up. I see it this way, if a toddler can figure it out it’s not the buckle that has a problem, it’s Human that’s very confused about a simple strap. Usually jelly shoes leave major blisters and these were so soft and I’ve never heard a complaint and she most definitely lets me know when there’s a blister. I about my 3.5 year old daughter the Disney princess dress up shoes and she could barely walk in them and did not like them. I ordered these instead as they looked much more wearable and I am glad I did! She calls them her glass slippers and has been wearing them all day. I like the buckle as it makes it easy for kids to do it themselves. My daughter's feet measure at a 9 but she wears a 10, so I ordered the 11 just to be safe. These are a little big, but still easily wearable without coming off. Would absolutely recommend these! I thought these were the same and when I received them I realized that the fastener to close them was shoddy and not well made so she never wore them.
