Review: A diabetics essential - My pump has died RIP and awaiting replacement so back on pens. My pump case from Roche is now tatty and far to big but I needed something big enough to hold what’s needed without being a hold-all. This takes 3 pens blood testing kit, ketones testing kit, freestyle Libre swipe machine for my cgm startup, spare finger prick cartridges and pen needles and there’s even room for sons hypostop and glucoshots everything in one place especially when I go camping in z few weeks! A handle would have been nice for ease of carrying and grabbing but that’s not the end of the world and for under £14 is well made so not only very useful but seems very well made, it can be reconsigned inside to suit your needs with Velcro pouches( see phot)

**Q: Have recvied this with only 2 bags in side**
A: I received it with 1 large and 2 smaller bags

**Q: Will accu chek mobile fit in this?**
A: The accu chek mobile will definitely fit but for daily use I find the USA gear too big. It is 25L x 16W x 9cm depth and I find the medicool daily travel organiser a better size for carrying around. The USA gear is an excellent case and I am using it for carrying all the spare equipment for the holiday

**Q: Want to find out if items inside the case are all included for the price?**
A: It is a hard shell case with three small Velcro attached pockets inside. It does not include BG test meter, BG strips or epipens. I have found it useful to hold all my kit (and other medications) when travelling. You can configure the internal cases any way you like, or leave them out of not needed. It does help me pack everything needed and is handy when having to reveal when passing through security check. If you need to travel with delicate medical supplies, I can recommend it.

**Q: Will it fit insulin pens?**
A: The insulin pen won't fit in one of the pouches but I keep my insulin pen in the netting which is in the lid, I also have taken one of the small pouches out so I can fit my blood glouse testing machine in this case ,I am very please with this case as it keeps all my things together.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job, but could be improved - a carrying strap would be astart.

Bulkier than I needed and a carrying strap or at least a D-ring would be an improvement. Black pouches? I ended up dumping them in favour of some ziploc bags and bubblewrap for the spare needles and lancets. Left the insulin injector in its case, and the meter can fend for itself :-) For my needs, one about half the depth would have been better, but it is a definite improvement.
