## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the 24volt/240 volt transformer included with pump.**
A: Yes 24v transformer is included  (pump would be useless with out it ) I have only had the pump about 5 months and have been running it about  6 hrs a day on my water fall , good little pump quite powerfully .

**Q: What length of lead is the pump supplied with.**
A: From plug to to 24 volt transformer about 1.5 mtrs . From Pump back to 24 volt transformer cannot remember maybe about 3 mtrs. I had to extend it to reach my pond.I just used some low voltage flex {works find}  Hoselock do sell a Low voltage extention  lead  with the right connectors for this pump and others.

......not impressed, first and very importantly there was no plug attached (thought that was illegal these days!) so I had to go rooting round old appliances to find one! build quality very poor and if I wasn't desperate to install it as my old pump is broken it would be sent back for a refund!......I will be holding tight to my receipt as I think I will be needing the 3 year guarantee!
