Obviously it had already been opened then rewrapped! Where it should have had clear plastic so I could see the product, was covered in cardboard taped to the box. Terrible presentation! The only place you can actually see a picture of the product is on the sides of the box. So I am going to have to open it and rewrap the whole thing before I send it to my grandson for Christmas. Only music. My mother in law sent back for a new one. Once received, it was in better conditions but still did not function properly. Only reverse and very seldom go forward. Now we have to send back again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Its not worth the risk of hastle. I had a very sad boy and my mother in law felt awful.
