A: I'm sure it would. It's very adhesive. I used it on ceramic but same idea I think

**Q: I don't understand the bit about applying the glue on the outside of the plate after everything is already stuck**
A: Hello - thank you for the interest in our Kintsugi repair kits.  No problem.  Its simply a way of tidying up the outside.  You certainly don't have to do this and if you applied the glue quite thickly in the first place plenty will ooze out when you press the porchelin together.
