It also contains vitamin C, vitamins in the B group, calcium, sodium, potassium and trace elements of other substances. The result looks like a fine, pinkish-coloured powder. You spoon it into a liquid and stir, then drink it cold. It’s wonderful stuff. You don’t need more than a spoonful per day, but you can’t O/D on it. It acts as a natural painkiller and has multiple immune-boosting effects.
