Chew buddies and the range they do have been one of our best finds for him. He is very sensory seeking so he wears one every day! We originally used them as an aid to stop him biting his hands when he bacame frustrated and I'm happy to say that has worked. As other reviews have said this is big, bigger than other chew buddies (although I wouldn't go over board, it's perfectly wearable still and doesn't stand out massively) and that is actually why I like it so much because even though they are few and far between he does have bad days and on those days he can easily chew through one of his other chew buddies (he wouldn't on a good day) so on a bad day this is a lifesaver, he can't chew through it, it's sturdy and safe and does exactly what he needs it to do.
