Then, I firstly look for the instructions on Youtube and manul instrutions. Now, I totally make it work. So how to connect the feeder with your cellphone and have an interest experience with watching your puppy or kitty eating? 1, Download an APP named Petwant in Apple Store(IOS) or GooglePlay(Android). 2, Register an account.(Tip: Please do have a check whether you input any blank space while entering the information for blank space is a character and be part of your information.) 3,Login your account and the APP will remind your account. Click “Next”. 4, Input your home’s WIFI account and password.(Please remember to check whether you have input any blank space or not.) 5, Then turn on the feeder. You need to plug in the power and press the button “on” at the bottom of the machine. 6, The power light will be red and link light will be start flashing. 7, Press long the button “SET”. Then a beep sound comes out. I was able to easily program the feeds from the app and view the live video stream. Then after turning the feeder off for cleaning and turning it back on again, I was unable to connect to the PetWant WiFi. I've spent literally dozens of incredibly frustrating hours trying all sorts of 'solutions' imaginable to get it to work and have emailed the supplier with absolutely no response. £100+ down the drain as far as I'm concerned! I may as well have bought a much cheaper automatic feeder which would do the same job as this currently does.
