Not the easiest book to read - but essential reading for anyone with the slightest interest in snorkelling and/or free-diving - from one who did exactly what he set out to do...  One caveat - read and absorb the content of this worthy tome, then go and Complete a free-diving course before trying any deeper breath-hold dives in open water.

This is pretty much the definitive guide to freediving.The second edition has a bunch more content and is the perfect book to read on the subject for both novices and experienced freedivers.Umberto is a legend in the community so you're in good hands here, definitely worth the purchase!
