This design has no crank so the bicycle wheel that drives it presumably 'free wheels' between strokes. I didn't find it clear.

32 pages of technical diagrams - in my view not suitable for developing countries where it would be read unless there is a good knowldge of english and technical knowledge. Needs welding equipment.Not for the unskilled. Expensive for 32 pages.
