The larger solar panel them made it tricker to screw through the holes of the smaller foot of the arm/bracket. My advice here would be to mount the arm first to somewhere solid, then mount the solar panel to the arm. It may have even said this in the instructions but as a man's man I know instructions are just one person's opinion of how it should be done 😜 Anyway, the whole mounting process was less than 20 mins. If you need a day/night security camera in a no wifi/no power location with two way speaking, infrared and LED integrated lights then I feel this is good for the money. It produces a surprisingly high quality image and has a wide field of vision. For its ability to pan, zoom and focus, provide good IR night vision as well as LED lighting sound and 2-way communication together with its ease of installation, I can't fault it. Its very reassuring to be able to see what is happening at home at any time when you are away and of course it provides automatic movement recording too. It is a good solid bit of kit that charges well via its solar panels. The customer service via Hedy is quick, responsive and polite. this was discovered following a proactive enquiry on her part to ensure that I was happy with the camera!
