The instructions are written in crypto-English and are hard to understand. 2. The connection with the phone worked intermittently for calls. 3. SMS messages did not work. 4. The camera did not work at all, and insisted that a memory card be installed. When this was done, the device couldn't read it. 5. The battery failed to charge and over-heated. 6. The device finally went dead ( refused to even turn on two days after receipt. 7. The OCR links both on the instructions and on the device to download software didn't work. 8. The software once downloaded and installed launched some kind of universal search feature which continues endlessly, running down the battery on the phone and interfering with all other apps. This is not a good purchase, and is a product to be avoided.
