These work! Since beginning to take them (though I only take half the dose and only every other day) I have been sleeping longer and better. Success! I suppose I ought to mention that they are rather big, but fine with a spoonful of kefir or yoghurt which helps them to slide down. Also, they can have a bit of an unfortunate effect at the suggested dose - bit like prunes...
