Reasonable value too compared to the cost of protein bars. ### ⭐ So called new and Improved formula, absolutely awful and my favourite protein drink now ruined! *by A***M on 8 July 2023* This was a favourite product of mine, probably the best protein shake I have tried so far and I was always pleased with it. Not anymore, unfortunately the geniuses at High5 decided to totally ruin this product with a so called "New & improved Formula", and I promise you it tastes absolutely awful! I have always stuck to this chocolate flavour but I have heard from other guys who use High5 products that the other flavours have also been totally ruined with this "New & improved Formula". It's true you only need 2 scoops rather than 3 (old formula), but I genuinely find it undrinkable now, it's a strange thick gritty texture now and it tastes like a horrible oaty caramel flavour. I'm sure it still does the job, but I don't want to be holding my nose and retching when I'm trying to drink my protein shake. I used to look forward to having one of these after my workout but not anymore. Seems like I am not alone in this experience either, just look at all the recent reviews, hopefully High5 take their customers seriously and change back to the old formula as soon as possible! It seems that companies these days couldn't care any less what their customers think and so many are making stupid decisions right now, pushing their customers away to their competitors! Anyway, I'm off to use my money elsewhere and hopefully I'll be able to find a good chocolate protein shake elsewhere.
