Also would it make a decent size mug or is it too small** A: I'm still experimenting - lots of fun! - but have only made small pieces for jewellery pendants, etc. I would say it's too small for a mug. It takes about 20 min to fuse the pieces I've been doing, but I've only used glass not clay. Hope this helps! **Q: How quickly does the kiln cool down?** A: It cools down quite fast - depending on the temperature of the room where you have it.
