The solution is fairly easy. Give them a good wash for 15-20 seconds, pop them in a pan and just warm them for 5 minutes. Most of the water should come out. The texture is a little strange to get used to, but not unpleasant. If you're expecting the normal noodle texture it's not quite there. It's certainly acceptable as a base for foods and at a ridiculously low carb level is great for a ketogenic diet.
