Both perfectly formed and beautifully marked, as they say. 20 cms and 116 cms tall, perfectly healthy with absolutely no damage or brown spots etc. Typical of the quality that Gardeners Dream deliver. They both arrived safely packaged and, as I said, totally damage free. Moist compost with some moisture on the leaves, too. Perfick☝️👍!. Not only that, but there's an offshoot already growing healthily on Baby Banana. 2 for 1 can't be bad☝️. A few roots emerging from the drainage holes, but that's fine. Always a sign of healthy happy plants. Another bonus of dealing with Gardeners Dream is that she was due for delivery in two days time, and he is due today...hang on... He's literally just arrived! Anyhoo I messaged them and asked if they could both be delivered today. Bingo! Both here. Particularly impressive as Baby Banana was sent via Royal Mail, and Big Banana by DX👍! **Q: How tall will it grow?**
A: How much time and effort do you have as it really depends? 8ft is the answer when it grows out in the open, this is the dwarf version of the banana plant and the same found growing in the Canary Islands as a crop banana where it grows to this size. I bought this and in 3 months I have had to repot it and it has grown to a much bigger plant! My personal aim is to grow it to 6ft and have it as a large in door house plant which is achievable but it will take time.

Arrived in amazing condition, very healthy and took straight to the potting mix (50/50 John innes no3 and multi purpose with same amount perlite. Started growing from the very next day. Looks great in my baby Groot pot 😌😊 5 stars. For some reason only let's me score max of 4 stars!
