It might be cheap, but it's top notch quality too. TIP: I learned decades ago, that when you cut nylon (like the outer braided covering here) you should use a lighter or match to melt the end strands together. That stops them fraying. Otherwise, the braid will unravel, at least to the locking knot you put in, but quite possibly further.
