The measurements are stamped and can be clearly read from inside and out. The burner is very compact, and works very well. It is lightweight, and compact. I have only 2 issues. One, the sleeve for the cup has an awful smell to it. It smells like melting rubber with hot glue on it. I threw that away almost immediately. And two, the silverware does not hold itself unfolded very well. I found myself having to be verycareful while stirring my freeze dried food so as not to have the spoon and fork keep folding itself while in use.
