**Q: What are the QR code on the pages for?**
A: Well, it's for an app that we are developing now. Super slow but surely. One of the app's features is grabbing of handwritten data (weight and reps) about the workout from a picture of a filled page of the logbook. QR-code is used to locate right-top corner of a table on that picture.

**Q: What are the numbers 1-9 meant for?**
A: This is just general-purpose numbers for convenience. You can use them to indicate a week in the current program, or a training routine number or something else. Whatever you want. For example, let's imagine that we have 3-day split (Chest + Back, Legs, Shoulders + Back). Also, we use a periodization: on Week 1 we concentrated on strength, Week 2 is "common" week, Week 3 is "hypertrophy week". And after Week 3 we start from Week 1 again. It gives 9 different routines in our program. This is a simple example, programs can be more complicated, more days in a split, another kind of periodization and so on. Well, we can give names to the routines, like “Chest + Back, Monday”, ”Hard Legs, Light Arms, Abs” and so on. But it can be more convenient just enumerate them when you need quickly jump 2 or 3 weeks ago to the previous workout with the same routine to see your previous weights, reps, and notes.
