Second mistake was believing it would hold up to 12 cards. I put a card in each slot which is six. I struggled to get them back out. Even my drivers license was hard. I contacted Kings Loot to ask how to loosen the slots up with no response. Unfortunately I need to carry more cards than six. A couple credit cards, drivers license, insurance and other medical cards and one other ID which totals 10. I believed it would be fine because it clearly said up to 12 and a couple of my insurance cards are not as thick.
