**Q: What is the tablet size?**
A: Smaller than 1/4 inch across. Quite small, not thick and almost no taste. They dissolve quickly under your tongue. We have used them for years. Hope this helps!

This product really helps to get to sleep and since it is homeopathic, it does not have the chemical issues lots of other products have. It is also hard to find in most retail stores so I am happy to be able to get it on Amazon.

I love homeopathic remedies and I've enjoyed Hyland's Calms Forte. If you're not familiar with homeopathic remedies the first thing you should know is that more often, homeopathy is performed by "micro-dosing" natural ingredients in their simplest form to encourage, not force, a reaction. This was medicine when we didn't have medical doctors and continues to be what many view as alternative medicine but in its truest form. Homeopathy is how micro-dosing originated. Think of it as chicken noodle soup when you're feeling sick or warm vapors when you're stuffy or lavender when you need to calm down. Typically you won't get immediate results and the results come with time and continued use, even after your symptoms have improved. That being said, after about 3 nights of use, I started noticing improvements with feeling calm and ease of falling asleep faster with less tossing and turning. Can it be done without this? Absolutely but if you're struggling then this will help you out for sure. I began having trouble falling asleep over the last month or so and Calms Forte has helped out significantly. I will continue taking Calms Forte until things have normalized for me. I highly recommend Hyland's if you're having trouble with sleep but I'd also encourage you to reevaluate your bedtime routine too.
