Excellent Customer Service *by F***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2022* This has been a fun bike to ride. Glides easily over loose dirt and sand. Set up was easy after following the assembly video. I did have an issue with the brakes scraping after assembly. I contacted Elecony and they answered right away and offered to replace immediately. The replacement brake also had scraping/ alignment issues, so I took to a local bike repair shop and they were able to realign the brakes and the issue was fixed (paid around $10). That's the only reason I took one star off, but overall I was very pleased with how responsive and willing they were to help fix the issue and make sure customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. It's most likely a manufacturing issue with the brake pad alignment, but as I mentioned before, you can take it to any local bike shop and they'll realign it for you for about $10.
