**Q: Where do I personalise this**
A: Personalisation comes out very small and hardly noticeable.
There should be a box on the order which asks what you want to write.

**Q: Is the frame included in the price**
A: On my order the frame was not included in the price however, it is a great product and my daughter was very happy with it, I thought it was worth the price and I was able to get a frame to match the colour I chose for the print for a good price from another seller on amazon.

**Q: Do i have to write the song lyrics in or do the design team write them from the tiltle and artist you give?**
A: The design team will source the lyrics from a reputable website. We just need the Artist & Song Title
