For auto recovery type use, it's perfect. For slacklines upto 150m long, it's great but needed filing first.It's a cast body, and could be smoothed off better, as it will wear any slings without a protective sleeve, but the pin is smooth and not tapered at all..50kN pulley sat in there very well.overall a great piece of kit, but a bit expensive for the rough finish. ### ⭐⭐ Bulkiness makes them completely incompatible with most pullies. *by 3***C on 16 September 2012* These are incredibly burly, but are unfortunately too bulky to be used with any pullies I have tried them with. I am a big fan of Slackstar, but this product really sucks.On top of the ridiculous size they are (as expected) heavy - and the finish isn't ideal. It would want 10 or 15 minutes with a file and some paper before you would want to run webbing straight over it.The slackstar niro shackle, however, is fantastic.
