WHEN I ran out I got pistachio walnut butter from organic market since only similar thing locally then didn't have wait month to get shipped and tried batch with that and was soo good. Nutty almost peanut butter flavor and maybe better flavor than traditional dubai bar actually. Anyway ton of oil on top i just scooped around it. But was more melt goopy oily filling still tasty just saying. Also don't forget put a tablespoon to 1/4 cup tahini in bars depending how many making.
