Got this for myself and have gotten so many compliments. It’s really pretty. The video showing how to make was a bit hard for me. But that’s just me🤷🏻‍♀️

The video that goes along with this kit is easy to follow and understand.

Mostly the product in the kit is not what is shown in the video, that you get a link to. The macrame string is very thin that you receive, and its much thicker in the video, easier to handle, see the rotation of the knits, etc.

I appreciated the video that shows the process, but it almost seems like the video was done with different materials. We had trouble getting most of the beads on with their small holes and with a thread that didn't stay tight. We also struggled getting the knots as tight as what was shown in the video as ours kept loosening as we tried to make the next one.

I definitely appreciate the detail that went into this product. I love craft kits. It’s great for its price BUT I am disappointed because it’s not true macrame chord. It’s very slick which makes tying the knots difficult and you can only do certain macrame knots because of this. The other reason I am disappointed is because the colors pictured are NOT what arrived. For example, Pictured is almost a sky blue but I received more of a turquoise color.

Very basic, not much to it. Arrived in a small box with a QR code for a free YouTube tutorial video. Good for a gift, but if you're wanting to start making things you might as well buy the materials and look up your own how to videos.

It was a lot smaller than I expected. I also thought the instructions would look more professional. I thought I was buying a commercial kit. I wouldn’t mind if it were for myself but I got it as a gift and don’t think it will work.
