Review: Good Quality - This is a perfect product with minimalist appearance. It looks wonderful, just that the adhesive isn't great and comes off easily. I am using cyanoacrylate based glue for sticking the metal part to the remote and VHB tape to stick the base to the wall.
Review: Waste of time - Worst product, atleast didn't work for me. Glue on the back of the magnet is not strong enough and is coming off easily.

**Q: does it work if we place the metal plate under the mobile cover and not ON it?**
A: Yes it will work.  No need to paste on mobile. Just keep inside the cover. But make sure you have a nice plain surface for the item to stick on your car dashboard. 
Mine came out very soon. Am unable to use again as no good sticking place in my car.

Installed it on my bike analogue meter after cleaning it with nailpolish Remover. And it works decently... It sticks well, and I feel like magnets are good, but not strong enough to keep the heavy phone absolutely stable... On bad bumpy roads the phone tend to lean towards one side instead of remaining centred. So far the magnet has never failed or dropped my phone, but to be on a safer side, I have installed a lanyard on the phone cover and attached the other end on my bike key. This will protect the phone in case the magnet fails, or if someone tries to grab the phone in traffic stops, and it will remind you to take your phone everytime you lock your bike. Overall I am happy with the purchase, as now I am able to see the maps hassle free while riding. I wish the colour of the product was Black instead of golden.
