Jet Tent Maverick 4 Person Tent - JTM

 I was completely excited about using my Maverick time for the first time, I was even thinking on switching from roof top tents to "this" because the RTT changes your off road driving a bit and you have to tuck it everytime you need to go on a trail or use your truck... all of this even before setting the tent, very high expectations.The reality is that it seems like a good tent, easy to set for the first time, yes it's kind of simple, spacious, yes, looks sturdy, yes, comfortable inside, yes, you can stand up, cool until...We had a storm this friday 12/04/19 and I wasn't even worried about, I said, oh yes, I'll get to enjoy the sound of rain on the tent and thunder, supposed to be a nice experience, that happened for a while until the tent collapsed on me and woke me up and I had an awful night, trying to sleep with the cold and the roof just over me, the fabric started "sweating" and it started dripping, you can feel the cold weather because the wall was just over you, raining and dripping, worried on "what if" the whole tent collapses on us, and I had to remain calm so my wife doesn't worry at all.So I'm not writing this without fundaments, also I'm an experienced outdoorsman and had to quit the rally I was because more rain was expected and I didn't want this or anything worst to happen, but I have to let them know how to improve the product, the material are good, the whole structural materials are not that good really, this extruded lightweight profiles no, oldschool, of course these are not their high end OZ Tent products but I just can't deal with this again, I'm extremely disappointed with this kind of tents and even though the RTT are complicated to mount on a tall roof rack I wouldn't change it for this, NEVER AGAIN.
