The actual colors are much more vibrant than the pictures depict. The material is a good weight, I feel like small spills would bead up and wipe off easily. I have washed the dried the table cloth (and accidentally left it in the dryer for 2-3 hours). I was please with how well it washed, the colors did not bleed or fade on first washing. The main wrinkles that show up are the folding lines from being in the shipping package. I think if I iron those creases out, I may never have to iron this table cloth again for every day, general use. If I were using it for a more formal event I would probably run an iron over it just so it looked polished. I got the 60" x 84" and it's perfect for my my rectangular table.
