The clocks hit their maximums on turbo boost within the previous thermals where it would normally have throttled (before repasting it would barely get above 2.8GHZ and now hits 3.9-4.1GHZ when under load. AC Odyssey has a 5FPS average improvement on the benchmark from just repasting. The 1g should be enough to repaste a CPU and GPU (on a laptop) 3 times before you run out. I have plenty left and will use it again in 6 months to a year when it dries out (80+ Temps are not your friend). I did not use the supplied spreader tool and used a line method of applying the paste as laptop heatsinks don't apply as much pressure as desktops.
