So we cupped a lot of Ethiopians but we held out for the right coffee. We wanted an example of a Yirgacheffe that really demonstrated what a natural Ethiopian can deliver in the cup. Our Roasting Ethos It's a challenge to roast and we had to work hard to find the right profile that maintained the iconic fruitiness without overloading the cup with citrus notes. It was well worth the effort and this is a pour-over favourite in the roastery. In the cup, expect a subtle and delicate coffee with a burst of blueberries and a subtle jasmine finish. ## Features - Specially designed packaging so that the coffee will fit through your letterbox saving you a trip to the post office to collect it if you are not at home. Versatile too. *by J***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 May 2018* Everything a good Mocha coffee should be. I believe Mocha beans come from Ethiopia and the other source is the Yemen. These are nicely selected and have a fine flavour. They blend perfectly with Costa Rica or Brazil so you do get a good almost chocolatey texture and flavour from these beans. They keep well in or out of the fridge or freezer.
