Description says its both.** A: This is an oil and I have been putting this on my dogs dried food and it’s helped with her skin . A small drizzle of oil on top of their dinner is all it needs. It's gained us plenty of compliments, and is a fraction of the price of some of the super oils on the market for exactly the same results.This particular brand offers fantastic value for money (We paid just £5.49 for a litre, which is remarkably affordable, although I notice the price has gone up since I purchased it). When I've bought litre bottles in the past, they've come in tall bottles without any easy way to get the oil out, short of tipping the bottle. Each bottle came in its own zip-lock bag, with a regular cap, and an pump dispenser which you could swap it over to for easy dispensing. It just makes things so much easier.Yes, it does smell of fish, but it's salmon oil. It's not an overpowering fishy odour, and it's a nice normal colour. No additives here, and being organic, I'm not worried about added chemicals. My dog is enjoying it, and is happy to have it on her dinner.
