**Q: is this r-ala only or a combo of r-ala and s-ala?**
A: My understanding from doing my “research” is that yes, this brand contains all R-ala. I shopped around a lot as most brands advertised as ALA are 50% or more S, ALA. This is my go-to for repurchase.
