However, you do need a really strong, firm grip, which can make it hard to use. The twisting is not a problem as the grooves help, but you have to grip it by the body very firmly throughout the process to get the required results, which can be a little tiring. Can be a little awkward to clean as well if there's food stuck in the blades.
