I'd put plastic down around whatever your cleaning to try and keep it off the soil. **Q: does this have to be used on new timber prior to sealing with roxil wood protection cream?** A: I used it on an old wooden fence which was green with algae / moss etc. It brought the wood up like new **Q: Is this suitable for spraying on an asbestos garage roof? No scrubbing!** A: You spray it on, leave for 24hrs and then rinse off... Time it right for a downpour and you won't even have to rinse it yourself! **Q: Is this suitable on a tiled wall** A: Yes. Wooden fence, tiles, concrete. Great stuff. It look like anything was happening for about 24hrs but the next day the green colour or wall hall completely gone. I think it’s because it’s live thing! It needs time to kill it off.
