If you consider the price of the ropes, wood pieces and labour of the artisans then it is definitely cheaper than expected. Clean it before you start using it. The material is otherwise quite sturdy.

**Q: I am wondering what is the best way to clean these? They are beautiful, but I am afraid they will collect a lot of dust.**
A: Just wash them by hand with warm water, then let them dry naturally. Don't use the washing machine to wash.

**Q: What diameter is the dowel? 1/2”? 1”?**
A: 1/2”

**Q: Would this be suitable to hang outside on side of house?  It would be under porch and no direct sun.**
A: I think they would be ok outside. They are pretty sturdy.

**Q: Can this be made in white**
A: Could be but that’s not how it is sold. It is a cream color
