So whilst it may just be a one off fault I am left disappointed. Its a watch, tracker and also syncs with your phone and lets you know when someone is ringing you, has posted a message to you on facebook and whatsapp. It also tracks your sleep and can be set to track three different activities out of a choice of about 9 or 10, such as Cycling, running, walking, yoga, dancing, tennis, badminton..etc. For the price, this is the best fitness tracker I have had and everyone that has seen it has been impressed. You can set it to vibrate when you have been sitting down for a certain amount of time. You can also set it as an alarm clock so it wakes me when I am asleep every morning for work. Great item for such a low price, comfortable strap and looks good on. Very easy to charge. I know some people have mentioned the instructions are not written very well, but really you do not need the instructions.
