I just mix a little more milk in when I take it out of fridge to thin it out a little, doesn't affect flavor at all. Maybe 2-3 table spoons needed that's all! **Q: Will this work with muffin or cupcake batter?** A: Yes. The opening is big so you can even do a batter that has chocolate chips or blueberries. I used it for pancakes and for filling muffin mix into donut molds on the same night and I'm satisfied. **Q: Will it drip if held upside down or does it need pressure to squeeze out?** A: Without the cap it comes with you cannot hold it upside down or the batter comes out. Squeezing the bottle helps to get more batter out.
