Not much information available on this product. **Q: are these soy and nut free?** A: contains soy and wheat **Q: is this a liquid filled capsule or powder? I want to try it for my son but he doesn't swallow pills well** A: This is a powder filled capsule that works just great. I'm a 137 lbs female and take 3 capsules with a large meal. The directions say 2 - 3 per meal so I take 3. I love this product. I don't take them with a small breakfast or light lunch just large meals for my colitis. But research told me that doterra is very honest with their labeling, not skipping anything even tho there is no trace of gluten in the finished product! We have been loving this product, has helped with indigestion due to gluten intolerance and also just general sluggish feelings. Also helps break down ur food better so u can get ur nutrients better, for those that are always hungry!
