My hair can’t handle heavy products and it looks damaged even though I almost always air dry it.** A: I have fine, thin, straight hair and this is exactly what I was looking for. Everything else has always weighed my hair down and gave it a greasy look. This is super lightweight and just a pea-sized amount will get the job done. **Q: Does this have strong fragrance that lingers?** A: It VERY strong when u first put it on. It tends to disappear after awhile, but the initial smell is what caused me to throw the tube out 3/4 unused. The smell is not good. **Q: Is this for straight hair?** A: I think it can be used for either. It’s for setting curls without heat if you are air drying and for eliminating Frizz either way. I’m 55 and my hair is thinning, and then tanks to menopause/hormones and COVID, it’s super curly underneath and flat and frizzy on the top. Also, because of the thinning, I try not to use heat unless I have to look nice. 😂😂❤️❤️. I really love the product. 5 stars from me! **Q: Can I use this before blow drying?** A: You are supposed to use this instead of blow drying. This is an "air dry" cream. It helps reduce frizz for when you air dry. I tried everything from mousse to gel to straighteners to curling irons to more expensive irons, rinse, repeat. As a fan of JVN from Queer Eye I decided to sample a random product. Air Dry Cream sounded too good to be true so I picked it and laughed. Now I am READY TO GO after I put a dab of it through my hair after washing everyday. My hair is shiny and has body without frizz and it smells like flowers. Johnathan has a gift of knowledge when it comes to the science of hair, and as a caregiver I don't have time to fuss. First off, this is 1 OUNCE!! Yes, I know the description says it, but that’s small for those that don’t know. But I have thin 3A-3B type hair and this stuff was AMAZING! I didn’t have to use too much overall maybe like 6 pea sized drops. I don’t want to diffuse or finger coil etc this stuff cut all of that out. Ran it through my hair and scrunched then left it alone. And it gave me VOLUME which is so hard to achieve with my hair.
