Pads are massive and everyone can see that you are wearing them. They are not individually wrapped. **Q: Will they absorb large leaks if dont reach toilet soon enough** A: Yes! I have been using Always for years but now I have incontinence and they are comfortable and smell nice too! They are very absorbent! You can get different sizes too! **Q: Do these pads have a sticky backing to keep pad in place** A: Yes they do, the whole pad is sticky making them very secure. **Q: Which is the strongest absorbing always discreet pads** A: Having tried a variety of pads these Always pads are the most unreliable, They are VERY thin & long & uncomfortable to wear. My reccomendation would be, either TENA LADY MAXI Night Pads or TENA COMFORT MAXI Pads.
