**Q: How do you set it up? I plugged it in but it’s not even working!!**
A: It should turn on by the switch, no special requirements, make sure the switch is in on your wall socket, other than that i could only imagine that's its broken, so I'd suggest you return it to Amazon and get a replacement as it is a lovely item

**Q: Is there any way to tighten the pole to the base? My item leans to one side and i have to balance it**
A: There's a nut on the bottom. You just tighten it.

**Q: How tall is the lamp please?**
A: Approximately 12 inches tall

It’s great for setting the mood in the bedroom, or if you’re like me- trying to do creative photography with it. You have to be at a quite close proximity as the output of light fades in distance and the ring of light is fairly small. However I’d say it is quite strong in colour, I just wish some colour variants actually differentiated more as some looked very alike.
