Review: quality - These are well made ramekins. There is a good amount of surface area so there is more brulee topping - which I like. They are the smaller size ramekins, so you get more servings, but obviously the portions are a little smaller. Because the dishes are shallow, they cook faster than the deeper, round ramekins. The colors are bright & the dishes are sturdy & well made. I would definitely give these a try if you love creme brulee!

They are slightly wider than I expected from the photos, more of a squared oval than a narrower oval, however I am still quite pleased. They appear to be well made, and aside from a small bubble gap in the bottom of one of the dishes, they arrived in great shape. I have not tried cooking with them yet, but look forward to doing so!

**Q: What’s difference between hot and cold in description**
A: Colors, hot as in bright, cold as in not bright.  Love these.  I also use them as holders for mini corn cobs cause I can't find mini corn cobs holders anywhere.  I preheat them in the toaster oven which keeps corn not longer!

**Q: Do they stack?**
A: They do stack but not that well. Just an fyi, these are really small. I didn’t pay attention to the sizing, so I had to order a different set.

These are well made ramekins. There is a good amount of surface area so there is more brulee topping - which I like. They are the smaller size ramekins, so you get more servings, but obviously the portions are a little smaller. Because the dishes are shallow, they cook faster than the deeper, round ramekins. The colors are bright & the dishes are sturdy & well made. I would definitely give these a try if you love creme brulee!

These ramekins are nicely designed. They are slightly wider than I expected from the photos, more of a squared oval than a narrower oval, however I am still quite pleased. Top rack dishwasher safe! Two of these easily fit in each basket (four total) my Dual basket air fryer. I spray each dish with avocado oil, put one egg in each dish, along with bacon bits and cheese. They cook in 8 minutes on air fry @390 temperature. They come out great! Hand wash or top rack of dishwasher.
