To be honest there are so many differing thoughts on how much coffee should be used in the filter coffee process so when i formulated these products we did lots of trialling to get the right balance between taste, strength and price and we found that a 50g portion of this blend is completely adequate for a 3 pint jug. This Blue Mountain blend is made up in equal parts of 3 different Arabica beans from Central America, Brazil and Colombia and it really does produce a lovely cup of coffee - you wont be disappointed. When this coffee is roasted it is given a 12 month life and it really does hold well in the foil packs.
