Y las voy cambiando cada 3-4 meses. Las tengo puestas también de noche. Les pongo estas gotas para limpiarlas apenas despierta y unas veces al día (sobre aconsejo de mi optico, visto que según él lo que hago no esta bien). Pero a mi no me hace ninguna infección al ojo y este producto me funciona fenomenal, las hidrata y limpia sin tener que quitarlas para ponerla en remojo con el líquido aposta para lentillas. Mi uso es extremadamente raro y no es apto para todo el mundo. Cuidado con eso.
