### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Be careful how you take this!

When you buy this supplement, be sure to read ALL of the product information and follow the directions. If you do not take the capsules with a FULL glass of WATER you will get heartburn. If you don't like taking a lot of pills, don't buy this product. Also, if you are taking any prescription meds, this product will most likely see them as a toxin and flush them from your body so don't take it at the same time as your meds. I'm not sure if I like it because I thought that I could use my healthcare savings account to cover the cost but even though my doctor approved it, they still said that I could find something "similar" at a local pharmacy, which I can't. The cost of the product is a big factor to me. If I didn't have health insurance, it might not be too bad. I don't like taking the prescription narcotic pain med but I only have a $10 co-pay with that, I take it 1x/day and the pill is really small. Also, when I stop taking the Heal-n-Soothe, the pain comes back so I can't say that it isn't addictive. I will need to take something for my back pain and arthritis for the rest of my life.
