Before going keto two years ago I drank it with sugar. Since going keto, I tried making my own bulletproof but it was too messy, time consuming and hurt my stomach. Then I found this.. cappuccino and bold. I just love them, but hate that I can't be without. The bold tastes like melted chocolate ice cream, minus sugar. I like that they don't put artificial sweeteners because now everything is just too sweet for me. I don't like the price and that Whole Foods stopped carrying it, boo. And all those little plastic bottles, I feel guilty and wish they made them in gallon size bottles lol. It doubles as a early afternoon meal replacement, gives me great energy. I still drink my Turkish in the morning with heavy wipping cream or Picnik butter creamer.
