My ambition was to make Injera, Doro Wat, Lamb Tibbs, Misir Wat, Atakit Wat, and Ayib. Almost all of the recipes called for Nitter Kibbeh. I thought about trying to make it from scratch but didn't have a few of the required ingredients so bought this off Amazon. We couldn't be happier. It was pricey but so, so worth it. Right from the get go, the aromas of the cooking food were "right" and everything tasted great when done. While I don't think I will ever attempt to make so much food all at once again (almost 8 hours cooking, not including 3 days prep for the Injera), it was a great meal and accomplishment. Even with making all these dishes, I still have half a container left. Next time I will stick to 1 meat and 1 veg dish.
