The temps are on the side of the handle, no need for a great memory. *by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2018* This works great, fast readings and as far as I can tell, accurate. One nice feature is that on the top of it are the temps needed for the meats that you are cooking. No having to remember what you need for chicken or fish, its right on the thermometer.The only down side is that all the temps are in F, not C. Sorry rest of the world, it appears this is just for the USA. Easy to clean, too! No need to cut open the chicken to see if its done! A great aid in my kitchen! ### ⭐⭐ Thermometer Failure *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2018* I purchased the DYS Digital Thermometer in March 2018 and loved it. However, after using it for only two months, it mysteriously stopped working. It was never abused, it was always cleaned and stored properly. It just quit working without any apparent cause. I have replaced the battery multiple times with no effect. Of course I no longer have the shipping material (it came in an empty box anyway) and I have been unsuccessful in being able to find the product's website to see if there is any product warrantee. Also, too much time has passed and it is no longer available for return on Amazon.com. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT!UPDATE: It mysteriously started working again and functioned well until I needed for my Easter Roasted Lamb Dinner. It just quit working all by itself and will not come on again. Again, I changed the battery with no positive result. It now April 29, 2019 and it still will not come on.
